Carolyn Thompson, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, ADHD-CCSP

My name is Carolyn Thompson. I'm a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse  
Practitioner & ADHD- Certified Clinical Services Provider. I specialize  
in anxiety, depression, Bipolar disorder, ADHD, and others. As a PMHNP,  
I’m committed to providing a patient centered, team approach to caring  
for my patients. Nurturing mind, body, and spirit. Performing and  
providing care to the best of my ability in every encounter. We’ll work  
side by side to find the right balance for you using an evidenced based  
approach to guide our decisions on medication management. I provide  
client centered care to clients in Texas, Washington and New Mexico.

I received my primary, secondary and college education in the Houston  
area, University of Houston, Victoria (BSN). I also received  
non-traditional education from Excelsior College (ASN), Aspen University  
(MSN- Admin & Management), and Herzing University (Post-Masters PMHNP).  
I love traveling, spending time with family, reading and dancing.

I'm dedicated to my profession and the clients that put their trust in  
me. I've been in nursing field for over 25 years and have experience  
from bedside to administration. Caring for others is one of my joys in
